I apologise for being so awful with keeping Tumblr updated, life just kind of got on top of me.

I fell of the wagon really bad by skipping the gym, skipping meals, over-eating & then purging. I’m disgusted by myself.

Work drained me completely. I work in an oncology (cancer) clinic, & all the ‘bad’ just happened at once. 

But on the happy side, my partner & I brought a new puppy! She’s a chocolate Labrador called Bonnie. She’s gorgeous, but a pain in the arse.

& i’m also down at my place at the beach, which makes everything better.
